Final match! As men team 9th-16th place play-off draw to a conclusion - we play our final game against Trinidad and Tobago - in bid to secure 9th place in the World Championship. This will be our highest ever position in the World Championship to date. This will also be our first ever international match against Trinidad & Tobago.

Rhyan Evans
Dynamic young player who has served his country since the age of 16. Currently playing mainstream futsal at the highest level. Has the ability to read and unlock games in difficult situations. Can play off both feet with good accuracy in passing / shooting. Rhyan, a real master of the sole roll both inside and outside of the foot with speed. Plays with his heart on his sleeve.
Rylan Casey
Rylan's role is both defense and offense, he holds the ball well and moves up and down the court with speed. He possess very quick feet with excellent ball control both left/right foot and packs a shoot when ever the opportunity prevails. Rylan, has the vision for a slide rule pass opening up defenses for other supporting wingers through rotation of play. One of the most skillfully players in the team.
Philip Swift
Philip, pace, agility, and enthusiasm to play the game at the highest level. Loves scoring goals from all areas of the court. A winger, but rotates to play in most positions providing quality with his link up play. Works tirelessly pushing himself all around the court given consistent performances. Packs a great shot
Tommy Hobson
A goalkeeper who has recently joined the squad and showed good expertise with his feet while being a good shot stopper.
A good addition who adds strength to the team within the goal keepers set up. Tommy has come in and started to show what he can do and his effort has also been rewarded by Bloomsbury as he trains with the top mainstream futsal side in the UK to gather experience in readiness for Brazil.
John Atkinson
England futsal team captain, futsal through and through. Has played for his country over 20 year period, participating in a number of tournaments around the world. John is held in very high regards both main stream and Deaf futsal and has the ability to play a number of positions while continuing to be the ultimate professional. Brazil the biggest tournament as come to the twilight of his lustrous career. (Master John) Always looking to contribute with a goal or two.
Adam Breeze
The trickster, one of the most skillful players with the ball at his feet. Can be beat a player with ease with either foot. A willingness to work hard and try all sorts of tricks to baffle other players (sometimes his own team mates) Quality player who has played futsal al over Europe for different clubs. Always looking to get on the front foot tease his opponents with his skill.
Kimahrie Lee
An excellant defender who always seems to get the last ditch tackle in. His longs legs allows him to cover the court quickly, but with ease. A tremendous athlete who can support his team mates and rotate through the varied system the England team operates against specific teams (varied formations) A very versatile player who lets his actions speak for him and he never lets the side down with commitment.
Jamie Clarke
Jamie, top striker a real goal machine. Plays a very important position in pivot, always looking to get a shoot away on target or bringing his team mates into action. A very respected player and appreciated by his peers. His support the team on and off the court is a tribute to him and the way he conducts himself. A real player who plays with intensity and a desire to win.
Byron Down
A skillful winger always looking to attack with a real eye for goals at important times. Has the ability to attack / defend with speed covering all the court quickly. Has been part of the England fustal team for a number of years participating in a number of tournaments. A well rounded player. Nothing less than 100% effort at all times fully committed when on the court. One of the fittest players in the team
Michael Nguyen
Michael has developed a love for futsal and has played in many tournaments with clubs through Europe. Quick with feet movement with a forward thinking mindset to attack. Michael brings a unselfishness to the team as he brings them into play. Has been around the England international scene for a number of years providing experience and knowledge onto younger members of the team who are starting their International futsal journey.
